At the morning event Insights for Breakfast at Rambøll, Copenhagen was referred to as “Europe’s lovechild”.
A nod to the city’s role as a frontrunner in urban development and collaborative city-building. As Signe Kongebro, Global Director Future Resilient Design put it: “Cities are the powerhouse of Europe.” A fitting reminder that strong cities, partnerships and solid infrastructure fuel innovation and talent.
International participants also gained a fast-track introduction to Ramboll’s legacy and projects by Senior Director at Rambøll, Søren Brøndum, practical insights on support for international employees by Head of HR Denmark Ditte Andersen, and first-hand experiences of entering the Danish labour market by Lucy Cereda and Maria Puig Arnavat.
